When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. When you book a lesson, rental or photo session and pay online, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your booking; payment itself is processed by PayPal under its own privacy practices — we do not receive or store your card or PayPal account details.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your message, confirm and manage your booking, process payment for the services you requested, provide guest service and keep appropriate operational records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate this website and deliver services: Netlify (hosting), Resend (sending confirmation and contact emails) and PayPal (payment processing). They receive only the information needed to provide those services and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. When a page loads, your browser also requests our typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or to meet operational and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
